Project Description
The IKEA Draper presents 50 different room settings, three complete homes, a supervised children’s play area, and a 300-seat restaurant serving Swedish specialties such as meatballs with lingonberries or salmon plates as well as American dishes. Other family-friendly features include a Children’s IKEA area in the showroom, baby care rooms, preferred parking, and play areas throughout the store.

Eight to 12" thick, 43' tall tilt panel walls were assembled using a 300 ton crawler crane. The heaviest panel came in at approximately 200,000 pounds and is considered the heaviest in the state of Utah ever made (it also ranked just outside the top ten list for heaviest panels in the USA).
