The new Southeast Cancer Treatment Centers of America hospital is on a greenfield site composed of structural fill. The imaging department consists of MRI, PET/CT, ANGIO, X-Ray, Mammogram, Ultrasound, CT, Nuclear Spec/CT, and CT SIM. Radiation Oncology consists of Varian, Tomotherapy, and HDR Vaults. The hospital has a full laboratory space and pharmacy with clean rooms included. There are 25 in-patient beds under the universal hybrid classification (ICU/in-patient dual use) and 62 outpatient accommodations in a five-story tower. The project includes complete infrastructure and development of the site with roads and utilities. This project was completed with a teaming agreement with Batson-Cook Construction (Okland held the prime contract with owner).
