Project Description
This project includes a new 67 bed, 127,000sf, 3-story patient tower. A mechanical penthouse on the roof will replace two existing outdated patient towers that will be demolished. Upon demolition of those two patient towers, a new 1,200sf main entrance will be constructed and 13,000sf of existing space will be renovated. An extensive update of the hospital campus mechanical and electrical equipment in the CUP is also included, as well as associated sitework improvements and modifications.
