This three-level building cascades down hill, located between Monte L. Bean Museum’s north parking lot and the parking area between the Marriott Center and the BYU Conference Center. The first floor contains TV production studios, audio and video editing space, and a master control area. The second floor is host to radio studios, a web/new media department, and space for producers and programming staff. The third floor is complete with executive offices and the human resources, accounting, and marketing departments.

The building houses all BYU Broadcasting units: BYU Television, BYU Television International, KBYU Television, BYU Radio, and KBYU-FM Classical 89.
