Project Description
The Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust Health Sciences Building on Creighton University's Phoenix campus is the university’s first expansion in Phoenix and is located on the recently revitalized Park Central Mall property.

The project consists of a seven-story, 183,000sf health sciences building. The Phoenix campus is home to a state-of-the-art four-year medical school, nursing school, occupational and physical therapy schools, pharmacy school, physician assistant school, and an emergency medical services program. The campus also features a 6,000sf Community Education Center and a 30-seat non-denominational chapel.
