Project Description
This new hotel in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City features an eight-story boutique hotel and seven-story mixed-use apartment building. The 95,000sf hotel includes 164 guest rooms occupying floors two through eight. The ground level houses a lobby and reception desk as well as a lounge, breakfast area and outdoor patio. Additional amenities include a gym and meeting spaces.
