Project Description
This is the 1st five star hotel for Boise boasting 8-stories of high-end finishes and a rustic masonry and stone exterior. The ground level includes leasable retail space, a restaurant, coffee shop, and the hotel lobby. The upper floors contain 123 guest rooms including covetable corner suites with wrap-around balconies. There are meeting and event spaces throughout the hotel including on the rooftop where there is a large banquet hall with an outdoor deck and a separate full-service restaurant and bar.
