Project Description
Okland Construction, along with the Sky Ute Casino and the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, has undertaken the largest construction project ever in the Four Corners region. The new Sky Ute Resort & Casino site includes a 45,000sf casino hosting up to 700 slot machines, 10+ table games, 140 hotel rooms plus six luxury suites, a 200-seat Bingo hall, a 24-lane bowling center, retail spaces, convention spaces, a large assembly area to accompdate boxing and concerts, a 300,000sf pool with Lazy River, day care facilities, a miniature golf course, multiple restaurants, and administrative offices. Our project team completed the 750,000sf project in just 18 months.
