Project Description

The St. Regis Resort & Residences at Deer Crest features 26 private residences and 67 condominium hotel suites, with a total of more than 200 rooms. The resort is situated on two pieces of land connected by a dual-car funicular rail tram with luxuriously appointed cabs. The resort features a gourmet restaurant, a martini bar, and an après ski lounge. The upper portion of the hotel houses guest rooms, private residences, condominium suites, the destination resort spa, a restaurant, lounge areas, and outdoor amenities with generous landscaping that blends seamlessly into the beautiful surroundings. A lower lodge built around the base of the funicular, adjacent to Snow Park Lodge, includes additional welcome facilities and provides quick access to the base area ski lifts. The lower lodge is also slated for additional hotel rooms which will be phased in at a later date.
