Project Description
Snow Park Phase 2 features a 68,000sf building with a concrete structure and steel framed pitched roof. The skin consists of cement board siding, EIFS, and stone. The Phase II structure features one-level of below-grade parking,  ground-level skier services plus dining, and five-levels of nine high-end condo units.
