Project Description
Stampin' Up! is a world-wide distributing manufacturer of scrapbooking supplies. Housed on the 55-acre site is a Distribution Center and an Administrative Center that are linked by a three-story atrium.

The 83,000sf Administrative Center features Class-A office space with state-of-the-art conference rooms, a 100-person call center, a cafeteria, and a spacious museum display room. The 200,000sf Distribution Center houses the company's warehousing, fulfillment, shipping and receiving capabilities, and a mezzanine that serves as an intermediary space between the two buildings. The 17,000sf atrium linking the Administrative and Distribution Centers brings the beauty of the outdoors inside with waterfalls, natural landscaping, and natural daylighting to develop a comfortable gathering space for the employees and visitors of the facility.
