Encore on Farmer is a 56-unit independent senior community developed on an urban infill location in Tempe, Ariz. This five-story housing project was developed at 66 units per acre and included a concrete podium with four stories of wood frame apartments above. The building design allowed for the ground floor construction to have a commercial appearance with urban design elements. The unit mix consists of one- and two-bedroom rental units.
