Project Description
This remotely located Sheriff’s Complex is comprised of a 36,000sf, two-story administration building that is connected to a 13,000sf housing tower. The first floor of the administration building is a state-of-the-art detaining security section. The second floor of the facility features a large training room with space for nearly 100 people, a squad room for the Sheriff’s Deputies, Conference Rooms, the Sheriff’s Office, interrogation rooms, shower and exercise rooms, a natural/man-made disasters command center, evidence holding rooms, and a 911 emergency dispatch center. The additional housing tower is a two-story building comprised of pre-fabricated concrete jail cells. Masonry walls divide the housing tower into eight dayrooms that have eight cells on the first floor and eight cells on the second floor. The roof over the entire facility is metal deck over metal joist with insulation under the single membrane roofing system.What Our Clients Are Saying
