Project Description
This project is a 60,000 sf, 3-story core and shell Class-A office building, with store front glazing, brick, stone, EIFS and multiple balconies. Additionally, we’ve performed multiple TI’s within the building featuring Ball Ventures Corporate Headquarters. The building is part of a master planned community at Snake River Landing, it’s adjacent to hotels, restaurants, apartments, a greenbelt, and major employers.
