Project Description

A striking 4-story corporate headquarters designed to integrate with the unique landforms of southern Utah, while stand out as a unexpected modern expression. The positioning of
the structure embraces the natural topography of the site by following the Santa Clara River and providing employees with unincumbered views of the neighboring bluffs and peaks
of Snow Canyon in the distance. An outdoor terrace hugs the river and embraces the community walking and biking trails that run for miles throughout St. George.
The first floor is considered the “Lifestyle Level,” with an array of employee amenities. Prominently positioned directly behind the reception desk is the 3,800sf Game Room with a
half-court basketball and pickleball court. The 1,200sf “Bistro” shares this ground level has another set of large operable glass walls, opening onto the terrace. The adjacent “Fitness
Center” has upscale locker rooms. A massive digital display screen soars two stories within this space.
Level Two is dedicated to the Onset Financial Sales Team, with a state-of-the-art multi-media training room. Level Three is primarily dedicated to the Management Team with an
array of executive offices suites, and conference rooms. Flanking terraces on opposite sides of each floor provide shaded outdoor spaces for small gatherings and fresh air.
The entire twelve thousand square foot 4th floor serves primarily as the CEO’s executive suite dedicated to his daily operations and personal health. From the elevator is a private
executive waiting area, by way of the Oasis Garden and views of Snow Canyon in the distance. A luxurious board room features an executive kitchen and lounge and massive
private outdoor terrace. A personal fitness center, steam room, and locker room with access to an open air 2,000sf Zen Garden with an outdoor plunge pool allow for moments of
isolation and introspection.
