Project Description
After demolishing the existing exterior North down to the existing waffle slab, Okland repaired the deteriorated areas of the waffle slab and waterproofed the existing slab. The improved design has a row of new stairs descending to the front entrance of the building with large concrete planters interspersed throughout the plaza entrance. The vehicular drop off area will be more defined with granite paving added, making the North Entry much more appealing. Landscaping has more beautified features integrating into the rest of Temple Square.
