Project Description
Encompassing an entire city block north of Temple Square in downtown Salt Lake City, this structure demonstrates Okland’s ability to assemble a large construction team of capable professionals to manage, schedule, and assure quality to one of the most significant projects in the state of Utah. This 1,500,000sf steel and concrete, four-story assembly hall with stone and glass cladding contains a three-level terraced complex featuring rooftop landscaping, a 21,000-seat auditorium housing orchestra, mezzanine, and balcony levels with a rostum, stage, backstage areas, and support infrastructure. The building also features an underground parking structure with 1,300 stalls.
